2017 VSFS: Jasmine Tookes (Punk Angels Segment)

Before I jump into blogging about the most recent Victoria's Secret fashion show that just aired on CBS earlier this month, let me devote some time to catch up a bit and showcase one of the most irresistible moments from the 2017 VSFS that was filmed in Shanghai, China. The first segment was obviously co-designed by the current edgy Balmain head designer, Olivier Rousteing, which in itself is not just mind-boggling but jaw-dropping as well.

Even though Candice Swanepoel opened the segment and the show with the presence of a true angel (superbly returning from maternity-leave in excellent shape), it was Jasmine Tookes who closed out this first segment clothed in an ensemble that made you really appreciate the blurred lines between high-end fashion and affordable, sexy lingerie. Jasmine literally "rocked it" on the runway wearing the best rocker bustier outfit of the segment with some fabulous wings! Those heart-shaped rocker wings with the safety pin details ... my, my, my [drool]!

English singer and songwriter, Harry Styles performs his single "Kiwi" for the Punk Angel Segment and even though I am not personally familiar with him, it proved to be a strong opening performance. I am sure this solid performance increased his popularity world-wide. Such enormous exposure for this talented Englishman who rocked the VS Runway in Shanghai!

VSFS 2013: Sui He (Snow Angels Segment)

Ahhh, an Asian beauty on the Victoria's Secret Runway. Alright ... okay ... I'm feeling it. Watch out Liu Wen! Sui He is hot on the scene. Sure would be nice to have both of these Asian beauties on the same VS runway representing CHINA. Yes, Asians can rock some sexy lingerie costumes also. Hello!
