VSFS 2010 "Game On": Karolina Kurkova

I am often disappointed with the video coverage of many runway shows. It seems to me that my favorite models get cut away from too quickly by the video camera (or the video editors) or they just don't capture them fully. Such is the case with the smoking hot Karolina Kurkova in the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show last year. In the "Game On" Segment, the video camera did not show her full body walking away to showcase the detailing of the back of her outfit. In such an alluring outfit (both front and back) I expected to see just a few seconds more of her. Thankfully where the videographers fall short, the professional photographers sure know how to step up to the plate and capture this beauty in full form! I am so happy to be able to find such lovely print photos of Karolina Kurkova in this super sexy race car driver outfit! Or ... is she a pool table waving a race car flag?! Hmmm ... it doesn't really matter ... love her in this costume! Va va va voom!

Elle OCT (USA) 2011: Doutzen Kroes

Doutzen Kroes appears so feminine and beautiful in the Elle US October 2011 editorial featured as one of four Victoria's Secret angels. Her cover is perhaps the best cover of the bunch. Photographed brilliantly by Alexei Hay, perfectly styled by Joe Zee and inspired by the 80′s bombshell supermodels such as Christy Turlington. Doutzen Kroes and the other VS models wear designer clothing and jewelry by Chanel, D&G, Hervé Léger by Max Azria, Marc Jacobs, Alexander Wang, Versace, Victoria’s Secret and more.

Elle OCT (USA) 2011: Chanel Iman

It is such a turn on to listen to Chanel Iman as she speaks so intelligently during her behind-the-scenes interview for Elle OCT 2011. She has excellent diction and is featured in this US issue of Elle Magazine in such a sexy way that perhaps Victoria's Secret should also emulate. Her best shot is of her arching her back up dramatically while she stretches her body across the beach sand. So sexy and alluring! Chanel Iman sure knows how to strike a pose and she is truly a supermodel dominating both the runway and magazine editorials. She lands one of Elle's OCT covers with additional covers featuring the 3 other high-profile bombshell angels (Doutzen, Adriana and Miranda).

I love following the work of Chanel Iman and she has a special place in my heart because she is one of the few American Victoria's Secret models and the only American VS angel featured in this special Elle editorial. You go, Chanel Iman Robinson! I am cheering for you! (and ... just disregard the haters ... you are beautiful both inside and out!)

Elle OCT (USA) 2011: Adriana Lima

The video footage for Elle's Oct 2011 Victoria's Secret Angels issue is particularly interesting because it gives you a good glimpse into the personalities of the bombshell beauties. Adriana Lima's interview stood out the most and not just because of her thick accent. And even though she is not yet 100% fluent in English she is such a delight in the behind-the-scenes video footage. She is the one with the most playful and animated gestures. She is quite expressive and comes across as a load of fun and vibrancy! In fact, with a bit of kiddish charm she said, "I'm a mom. I'm a wife. I'm a cook. I'm a painter. I'm a singer ... a bad one though!" Ha ha. Just adorable.
